In Bad Bentheim, a new building is being built on an elevated site with beautiful southern views over the landscape. Large windows and south-facing terraces allow for maximum natural light and enjoyment of the panorama. The two-story structure features four fully equipped residential units and a spacious top-floor apartment with a large south-facing terrace – a total of five modern apartments.
